The Question:
I have a 1.75 prescription for distance and a 3.25 on my readers what can you do and how much cash price ?
Dear Sean,
First of all, you need to include the + and – or it’s meaningless, because one is hyperopia and the other is myopiaI think you might mean that your distance Rx is +1.75 OU and your reading glasses are +3.25 OU, which would mean you have a reading add of +1.50 OUThis would mean you are hyperopic and also presbyopic, and are probably about 55 years old.
I’m by far the most experienced surgeon in NY NJ or CT treating hyperopic presbyopes like yourself, and also have treated more patients with monovision, so you will see great for BOTH distance AND near after your LASEK!Why? Because I had this myself a decade ago! 🙂
Please call my office on Monday to set up your Free Consultation, we are also the ONLY center in NYC that accepts MEDICAL INSURANCE. We do give 10% off for Cash.
But PLEASE DO NOT SHOP BY PRICE AND LOOK FOR THE CHEAPEST CENTER AS THIS WILL BY DEFINITION BE THE WORST CENTER. Do you really want to go to the “Dollar Store for your VISION for the REST OF YOUR LIFE?”
It would make MORE sense if you were to shop for the MOST EXPENSIVE SURGEON IN NYC (like would you actually do the following: shop for the CHEAPEST center for CARDIAC SURGERY or NEUROSURGERY, and say “can I get a break if I pay cash?” ? 🙂
PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY, it’s not like ordering a pizza, the quality of the surgeon and center actually do matter, and WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT FOR YOUR ABILITY TO WORK OR ENJOY LIFE THAN YOUR VISION?
Thanks so much
Yours,
