For Keratoconus, Do You Perform Epi-Off or Epi-On Corneal Cross-Linking?

I have one important question before my appointment. For keratoconus, do you perform epi-off corneal cross-linking, or do you offer an epi-on/non-cutting cross-linking option? I'm specifically interested in epi-off CXL.

A: I perform epi-off, because it works better.
