The Merits of Neurotoxin Injections and Fillers: Enhancing Natural Beauty
In recent years, there has been a significant rise in the popularity of cosmetic procedures, with neurotoxin injections and fillers leading the way. Neurotoxin injections and fillers have the potential to enhance natural beauty, boost self-confidence, and provide non-invasive solutions for a variety of aesthetic concerns. Neurotoxin injections were originally invented for ophthalmic purposes, which is why Dr. Chynn is licensed to use them.
One of the biggest advantages of neurotoxin injections and fillers is their non-invasive nature. Unlike surgical procedures, such as facelifts, these treatments require minimal downtime and offer quick results. Neurotoxin injections target specific muscles, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, while fillers restore volume and plumpness to areas such as the lips or cheeks. The ability to achieve noticeable improvements without the need for surgery is undoubtedly appealing.
One common misconception about neurotoxin injections and fillers is that they result in an unnatural appearance. However, when administered by a skilled and experienced professional, such as Dr. Emil W. Chynn, these treatments can deliver natural-looking results. The key lies in the expertise of the practitioner, who can carefully assess facial features, customize the treatment plan, and ensure that the final outcome enhances the individual’s unique beauty. The aim is not to change one’s appearance completely, but rather to restore a more youthful and refreshed version of oneself.
Neurotoxin injections and fillers offer a versatile range of applications, making them effective in addressing various aesthetic concerns. Neurotoxin injections can soften forehead lines, crow’s feet, and frown lines, creating a smoother, more relaxed appearance. Meanwhile, fillers can restore volume to areas that have lost fullness due to aging or enhance facial features like the lips or cheeks. These treatments can even be used to reshape the nose or jawline, providing a non-surgical alternative to invasive procedures.
One of the most significant merits of neurotoxin injections and fillers is their ability to boost self-confidence. When we feel good about our appearance, it positively impacts our overall well-being. By diminishing signs of aging and enhancing facial features, these treatments can help individuals feel more comfortable and self-assured in their own skin. Improved self-confidence can have a ripple effect, empowering people to pursue new opportunities, socialize with ease, and enjoy a more fulfilling life.
Another advantage of neurotoxin injections and fillers is that their effects are temporary and reversible. Unlike surgical procedures, which often yield permanent results, these treatments allow individuals to test the waters and make adjustments if desired. If someone is unhappy with the outcome, modifications can be made during subsequent sessions. Additionally, the temporary nature of these treatments allows for experimentation without the long-term commitment.

To ensure the best possible results, Dr. Chynn has partnered with the top tattoo equipment manufacturer in NYC, Unimax, to choose the highest-end, best tattoo machine, and a top tattoo inks to color-match the the patient’s other iris.
Dr. Chynn has made a habit out of treating cases that no one else can. Not only has he safely lasered the highest prescription ever in the world (-21.00; the upper limit for LASIK is -9.00), he is also one the only eye surgeons in the world trained in the proper technique of tattooing someone’s eyeball!
Dr. Chynn has consistently been at the forefront of ophthalmic techniques having trademarked his 100% Non-Cutting, HD LASEK™ technique, which is 10x safer than LASIK—so safe that it’s actually safer than contacts. LASEK can even fix problems caused by LASIK–such as night glare or halos!
Dr. Chynn’s incredible successes have led him to be featured on all the top media in the USA, including The New York Times, CBS, and CNN. In fact, the last corneal tattoo Dr. Chynn performed was featured on Discovery Channel and viewed by an audience of millions. It was this piece on Discovery Channel that led Winston to seek Dr. Chynn’s help.
Winston has had a long and complicated history of eye problems and had cataract surgery performed back in 1983, followed by having a lens implanted in his cornea which damaged the cornea. Winston even had a corneal transplant performed in 1997. Unfortunately, the corneal transplant “failed” so now he has a totally white cornea that looks bad, and is cosmetically unacceptable.
He told Dr. Chynn, “I know nobody can make me see better out of that eye, and thank God it doesn’t matter so much since I’m seeing well out of my other eye. If only I could look more normal, I would feel better about myself, be able to look someone ‘in the eye’ and be a new, more confident person!
Dr. Chynn previously performed a corneal tattoo for Mr. Ralph Lauren’s limo driver, who had an injury that left him with one eye that “looked like a cue ball” (his words). After his corneal tattoo, he said, “I thought the most dramatic difference would be in my work, as clearly people get ‘wigged out’ if their limo driver has one good eye. But the best thing is my daughter said, “Now I can invite my friends over to play, as before they would say mean things about you, and I would fight, and get into trouble for that.”
If you or someone you know has a white, scarred eye from trauma or a bad infection ( often contact-lens-related) & is embarrassed about the appearance of that eye, please put them in touch with us by emailing us ([email protected]) & CCing them, introducing us to each other.
Dr. Chynn will personally reply to ALL, asking your friend for the history of their eye injury, & inviting him or her to reply with a picture.
The next step will be your friend paying for a “remote consultation”. The cost is only $500, will save your friend thousands of dollars to fly up to NYC, & includes Dr. Chynn reviewing medical records, photos & a personal phone call or video chat with your friend, to advise him or her if a corneal tattoo would be appropriate. If yes, then they’d schedule a trip to NYC for a few days, to allow for a preoperative exam, the tattoo itself, & a postoperative check as well.
We will also speak to your local eye MD to coordinate any late postoperative care that might be necessary after returning to your hometown.
Take the 1st step & contact us. That’s free, & is the first step to a better life.

Eye Jewelry
Introducing the newest trend, Sclera Piercing in New York
New York’s most innovative Laser Vision Correction center Park Avenue LASEK and world famous surgeon Emil W. Chynn MD MBA are bringing new trends from Europe to the east coast.
Eye jewelry is safe and amazing, this special kind of procedure is only available at Park Avenue LASEK in New York City. Dr. Chynn is well known for bringing new trends in ophthalmology in USA. He is most well known for his work on promoting LASEK, a vision correction procedure that is over 10 times safer than then commonly performed LASIK procedure.
Dr. Chynn continues his legacy as being the most innovative ophthalmologist in the world. He was the first ophthalmologist to get LASIK in 1999. He is also the first surgeon to exclusively switch to non-cutting LASEK because he has proven it is ten times safer than LASIK with a 100% perfect record from over 20,000 procedures.
Eye jewelry only takes a few minutes, and is performed in our glass OR. We give you Valium to relieve any anxiety, and anesthetic eye drops so you don’t feel anything at all. Afterwards, you take Tylenol for a few days, when your eyes may feel scratchy, but not painful. Lucy (our first patient) went to work 2 days later!
Dr. Chynn regularly attends and is invited to lecture at ESCRS, which is the premier society of eye surgeons specializing in the cornea and refractive surgery in Europe. So this is how Dr. Chynn got exposed to this procedure. Park Avenue LASEK is one of the most innovative centers in the country, with multiple surgeons from around the world visiting and studying under Dr. Chynn at all times, who perform research, publish in prominent journals, and present their findings at conferences around the world. Innovation and advancing the field of eye surgery is in our DNA—it’s what we do, and what we are known for around the US and abroad!
The cost for Eye jewelry is $10,000. This includes:
- Your preoperative testing.

- Intra-ocular pressure check (IOP).

Post-Operation Exams: All follow-up exams are included at no additional cost. Typically, these exams are scheduled for 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month after surgery.
Procedure Recording: You will receive a DVD recording of your procedure directly from the surgical microscope, similar to what we provide our LASEK patients. Many of them choose to share their experience by posting the video on YouTube.
